Grace Stamp was born in Orillia, Canada but her along with her family had the opportunity to move to the United States when she was a young child. She grew up in Charlotte, NC but moved to Wilmington, NC where she found her piece of paradise and never left. She comes from a background of four years in property management and brings intimate knowledge of the local real estate market when working with her real estate clients.

Grace Stamp attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington and earned a bachelor’s degree from the Cameron School of Business, and her major in Business Management gives her a unique insight into understanding the current market, and how to negotiate deals for her clients. In addition, she has earned real-life experience working with her clients in property management that makes her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers.

Grace Stamp entered the Real Estate world in order to further her career in property management by allowing her do what she loves to do, which is to help people in the Wilmington area find their piece of paradise, whether it be for an investment property, a family’s summer home, or their primary residence. 

Grace Stamp lives in Carolina Beach, NC with her dog Stella. Where they spend their free time together enjoying the beach or exploring the parks that Wilmington and the surrounding areas has to offer. She also enjoys being involved in her local community and enjoying the events they offer.
